Merchandise purchase terms

These terms apply to physical merchandise purchased through the Turkeys For Tomorrow Shopify store. Memberships, donations, events, giveaways, and merchandise sold directly by partner websites are handled outside this checkout and are not governed by these merchandise purchase terms.

Product prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The item price, available discounts, shipping charge, and applicable tax are shown for review at checkout before you place an order. Discount codes are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer and at checkout.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information and availability current. If an item cannot be fulfilled after an order is placed, we will contact you and cancel and refund the unavailable item and its applicable shipping charge.

Our shipping policy explains rates, processing, and delivery. Our return and refund policy explains returns, final-sale items, and problems with an order. For merchandise order questions or a cancellation request, use the store contact page and include your order number. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel; once an order has shipped, the return policy applies.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
